2022-2023 Community Foundation of Carroll County Universal Scholarship Application
Graduating High School Seniors — 2023 Scholarship Season is now open! The Community Foundation of Carroll County supports more than 50 academic, sports, special circumstances, and 4-H scholarships. The common application is an easy way for students to APPLY ONCE and see all the scholarship opportunities they are eligible for (deadline April 15, 2023). 4-H Club Participants – Use the 4-H/FFA Scholarships common application for additional opportunities just for you (deadline July 1, 2023).

Manufacturing and Machine Technology | The purpose of the Manufacturing and Machine Technology Scholarship is to provide scholarships to graduating seniors from The Carroll County Career and Technology Center in Westminster, Maryland, planning to pursue a career in Manufacturing and Machining technology. Meghan Lynn Rippeon Memorial Scholarship | The purpose of the Meghan Lynn Rippeon Memorial Scholarship is to honor the life of Meghan Lynn Rippeon by providing a scholarship for any senior graduating from a Carroll County, Maryland high school who has shown academic achievement and is pursuing an education in early childhood development and who has been accepted at an accredited College, University, or Technical School. Michael W. Wantz Scholarship | The purpose of the Michael W. Wantz Scholarship is to honor the values, attributes, and dedication of Michael W. Wantz, the diesel teacher at Carroll County Career & Technology Center. This award is to provide scholarships for graduating seniors in Carroll County, Maryland who have attained their secondary-school diploma from the Carroll County Career and Technology Center in Diesel Technology. Michele and Steven Balls Memorial Scholarship | The purpose of this scholarship is to honor the lives of Michele L. and Steven W. Balls by providing two annual scholarships for Manchester Valley High School graduating seniors in Carroll County MD who have shown academic achievement and will be pursuing a degree in areas of study described in the criteria established.
