SCHOLARSHIPS

The Community Foundation of Carroll County supports more than 75 scholarships. The opportunities listed below are available through individual applications that are submitted directly to the scholarship holders. Please review the criteria and see which opportunities best fit your qualifications. Deadlines and criteria will vary.

Kiwanis Club of Westminster Scholarship Fund	Providing scholarships for graduating seniors in Carroll County, Maryland who have attained their secondary school diploma from the Carroll County Career & Technology Center. Need for finalncial assistance, academic record, achievements and awards, and written or verbal presentation to the Kiwanis Club of Westminster Scholarship Committee shall be taken into consideration. And, providing scholarships for college bound seniors graduating from Winters Mill High School in Westminster, Carroll County, Maryland.
