The Community Foundation of Carroll County supports more than 75 scholarships. The opportunities listed below are available through individual applications that are submitted directly to the scholarship holders. Please review the criteria and see which opportunities best fit your qualifications. Deadlines and criteria will vary.

| Emma Grace Jester Memorial Scholarship | The Emma Grace Jester Memorial Scholarship is sponsored by “Catherine’s Cause”, a Carroll County Community Foundation Fund. Emma Grace was killed by a drunk driver in 2008 on Kent County roads, at the young age of four years old. Emma has family in Carroll County and her mother, Jennifer Edwards, regularly volunteers with the Foundation. Jennifer is a Kent County resident and a Graduate of Queen Anne County High School.
