The Otis & Tito Charitable Foundation has been created by the mothers of these two amazingly adorable pups who, through their antics, bring laughter and love to everyone with whom they come into contact. It is their joy, curiosity, excitement for every new day and every new event and fun-loving spirit that is contagious. It is the goal of this Foundation to provide financial assistance to worthy projects for residents of Maryland, with a special focus on those who live and/or work in Carroll and Howard Counties and with a particular focus on those project that involve dogs. Any projects for which the Foundation raises money will be reasonably vetted and discussed on the pups’ Facebook page such that donors can understand the nature of the projects for which the pups and their mothers choose to raise funds.
