The purpose of JORDAN’S HEART shall be to provide programs and support for expectant and new parents who are faced with a diagnosis for their child of Congenital Heart Defects.

The purpose of the JUST4KIDS FUND is to provide grants and scholarships for children of Harford County, Maryland with need and/or disabilities to insure their participation, regardless of their financial circumstances, in organized sports including, but not limited to, team sports, horseback riding, and swimming. Donor also wishes to provide a stipend to qualified student instructors of Safety Programs in the Harford County School System, Harford County, Maryland including but not limited to water safety (swimming and boating) and water emergency training. The Fund will also provide academic scholarships for college bound students of Harford County, Maryland to institutions of higher learning appropriate to develop their capacities and capabilities. Of special interest to the Donor are those students who are interested in working with programs and recreational activities for youth. Grants may also be made to Not For Profit 501(c)(3) organizations providing sport and recreational opportunities for the youth, especially those with need and/or disabilities in Harford County, Maryland.
