There are times in life when out of tragedy, something meaningful can take place. A tragedy struck the Medeiros family in Maryland in 2012. Their daughter, Rita Marie, passed away in a tragic car accident. She had her prom dress in the car when it happened. The dress was purchased on a Saturday and the accident happened on a Sunday night.

2022-2023 Scholarship season open
