Main Street Taneytown Clean Up Event

The Clean, Green and Safe Committee of Main Street Taneytown is hosting the first Spring Main Street Beautification Day!
June 1 is the Great American Cleanup and we’ll be participating by helping to clean up along East and West Baltimore Street in downtown Taneytown.

9 AM – 12 PM
Come to the Taneytown City Hall parking lot (17 E Baltimore St) at 9 AM to receive gloves, bags, etc. Join the team of your choice for litter, recycling, composting or planting!

After-party for Volunteers!
All volunteers are invited to a community social following the clean up.  The Reindollar Carriage House (16 W Baltimore St) is pleased to host the FIRST post-clean up social for Taneytown Main Street’s “Clean, Green & Safe” community clean up! From 9-12, there will be teams of volunteers working to clean and beautiful our Main Street district, and all volunteers are invited to celebrate with us following the clean up. Just check in at the lot next to city hall to get your voucher to this celebration!
