A network of caring individuals, The Community Foundation of Carroll County is a public foundation dedicated to strengthening the community by enhancing the quality of life in Carroll County through philanthropic means. CFCC is a fiscal sponsor of community-minded nonprofits, donor advised funds, and scholarships.

By providing one central place where members of the community can establish charitable funds and scholarships, the Community Foundation of Carroll County offers:

Expertise in grant making that allows donors to give locally or globally
Economies of scale over private foundations
Professional management of financial assets
